Summary/Position Overview

INSP, LLC, a top 10 Nielsen-rated TV Channel, Cowboy Way, a new, all-original FAST Channel on digital platforms and Imagicomm Entertainment, a premier studio and production entity are in a search of a dynamic and positive team player, who is passionate about TV, film and media. This individual will be supporting the Business Analyst Project Manager in strategizing the operations for these fast-growing entities. The company has grown over 1,000%+ in terms of ratings since it’s relaunch.

 

This professional is a problem solver, a team player and pays attention to details, who has a positive attitude towards work and life. He or she is creative and analytical thinker, who provides Worldwide Distribution (WWD) team key information and direction to reach WWD’s subscriber goals. Under the direction of the Business Analyst Project Manager, this individual would research, develop, create reports, identify opportunities and serve as an ambassador at industry events.

 

INSP’s distribution affiliates include Domestic as well as international partners such as Comcast, Peacock, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Tubi, Roku, Spectrum (Charter), DirecTV, Dish, AT&T and many others.

 

Reporting Relationships

  • Reports to the Business Analyst Project Manager.
  • Receives assignments from the Business Analyst Project Manager and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Distribution.
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Departmental Coordinator: Serve as a liaison to various department to expand information as it pertains to network and product distribution.
  • Marketing and Event Coordinator: Attend key events to aid in serving as an ambassador and educator of INSP and its products.
  • Report Development: This person’s primary focus is to analyze and create reports from internal and external data into concise, insightful reports for senior management, WWD distribution team and other departments.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for processes and reports; Train users in the database to research and extract data.
  • Data Research: Ensure the integrity of the database, identify potential areas of concern and work with VPs of Distribution to find prospects and distribution opportunities. Research and stay informed on industry news and happenings to share and discuss with Distribution team.
  • Conversion Coordination: Develop an ongoing method of converting existing excel worksheets and external data reports into import templates for both the Medea database and other INSP teams.
  • Creative Awareness: Full understanding of the scope of reporting challenges and awareness of what can be done to improve and implement changes. Create sales tools based on data in Medea and other external reporting to provide leverage in sales calls with MVPDs, vMVPDs, FAST Channel, SVODs, AVODs, etc., including carriage and non-carriage of INSPs market presence.

  • 1-3 years of demonstrated work experience in administrative, file, marketing and/or database structure, as well as report design (training is available).
  • Bachelor’s degree desired, however an associate degree will be considered.
