The Manager of Distribution Marketing is a key member of a highly
motivated team and will create and execute campaigns/events that
support the strategy to maximize reach and distribution of content
through distribution channels. Our immediate business partner is our
internal sales team and you will partner with them and on assigned
accounts to maximize B2B and B2C opportunities. Your creativity and
collaborative skills will help generate and execute best-in-class
marketing campaigns to support initiatives that drive the business.
This position will demand both a keen marketing sense and strong
multi-tasking skills to achieve business objectives. You will be
responsible for the management of assigned direct reports; this
includes day-to-day oversight and taking a personal stake in
developing your team member(s).
The Manager of Distribution Marketing will report to the Director of
Distribution Marketing and will autonomously and synergistically build
and execute strategies on assigned campaigns to maximize dollars while
delivering value for the network and clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops strategy and annual goals for the Affiliate Monthly
Campaign, this is a highly visible campaign that you will be charged
with leading for our company
- Executes the strategy and oversees the implementation of
additionally assigned campaigns
- Provides reporting, analysis and recommendations on assigned
campaigns; tracking goals and KPIs by tactic and initiatives for ROI
analysis and real-time adjustments
- Oversees development of creative and content to support network
distribution (acquisition campaign, sales materials, etc.) by
working with key departments
- Assists with the coordination of projects by ensuring alignment
- Ownership of managing your assigned budget, scheduling
expenditures and analyzing variances
- Educates, supports and develops team members assisting with any efforts
- Obtains and allocates resources to meet operating plans
- Interacts with management to keep on top of unit objectives
- Builds and enhances key internal and external contacts
